Spa Montage Kapalua Bay的点评
点评：I’ve been to the Montage spa twice, the first time was amazing. I couldn’t wait to go back.
I felt like I was at a different spa the second time. The massage was just as wonderful but the experience wasn’t.
- there was construction happening, which they told us would be done by the time we got there. It was pretty loud but what bothered me the most was that workers could see through the trees while I spent an hour in the soaking tub (and had to get out and get my towel).
- the spa changed my massage time twice within 24 hours of the service.
- we waited 25 min in the lobby to be taken downstairs to the locker room and enjoy the amenities.
- towels were left on chairs, I think after people went to their treatments, and weren’t picked up. There wasn’t anywhere to sit and the steam room was broken.
I tried to talk to the front desk and they gave me an email to address concerns. I never heard back. I don’t think we should have paid full price for the service but I couldn’t reach anyone to discuss it.
