点评:I didn't really know what to expect as there isn't much information online. The building is huge and has great interior potential.
At the moment there is a small entry fee for the history section and some of the building is free to enter, including the viewing platform that gives some great views.
Unlike many museums, there is English translation on the most (if not all) of the exhibits. The information covers a wide range of subjects - water and its historical, current and future importance (trade, sport, canals, eco-system etc), including the River Brda; the significance of the parks and gardens; tango and cinematography; WWI and WWII; Solidarity; music... you get the picture! There is a cafe and a picnic area too.
I loved this place and highly recommend it, especially if you don't know much about Bydgoszcz.
