点评：We booked an 8 Days 7 Nights Vietnam tour package with Dream Travel Vietnam and initially faced an issue with the hotel room. The photos provided by their staff did not match the actual room we received, which was very disappointing at the start of our holiday.
However, we are extremely impressed with how the company handled the situation!
Mr. Kyle from the management team responded quickly and professionally. They arranged for Mr. James to meet us in person, where he sincerely apologized on behalf of the company. James and his team then took us to a very nice dinner as a gesture of apology, and they even offered additional programs and another dinner on a different day.
We felt their sincerity was more than enough, so we politely declined the extra offers. They also kindly gave us a bag of authentic local specialties as a gift.
Most importantly, they promptly moved us to another hotel with a much better room that fully met our expectations. The new hotel is great, and we are now very satisfied.
This experience showed us that Dream Travel Vietnam truly cares about their customers and is willing to make things right when issues arise. Their quick response, personal apology, and generous compensation turned a negative start into a positive memory.
As Malaysian tourists, we highly recommend Dream Travel Vietnam. They provide excellent service and stand behind their promises. Thank you Kyle, James, and the whole team for making our trip enjoyable again!
