点评：We just completed a 4-day canoe adventure through Black Canyon and I can't recommend this outfitter highly enough. I've used various outdoor companies over the years, and these guys really have their act together. The booking process was refreshingly easy - they responded quickly to every question and were genuinely helpful rather than just trying to make a sale.
The real MVP of our trip was Blaire, who handled all the logistics. This guy knows Black Canyon like the back of his hand. When we were concerned about some weather moving in, he didn't just brush off our worries. Instead, he took the time to explain how the conditions would affect different sections of the canyon and suggested some alternative routes that would work better with the weather. His recommendations were absolutely perfect - we felt safe the entire time while still getting that adventure fix.
They also bent over backwards to work with our schedule. We had limited dates we could go, and rather than the typical "take it or leave it" attitude, they presented several different trip options that could work with our timeline. Everything from the quality of the canoes to the condition of the dry bags was top-notch. This is how all outdoor adventure companies should operate. Already planning our next trip with them!
