点评:My family and I have always gone to Bobs for any of our fishing/charter needs every time we come to the Outer Banks. We recently booked a charter and we’re told to be at the boat at 6:30 am as we always do. 6:30 comes and there is no captain. We call the captain and we get a text saying he is sick and isn’t going to make it. Only because we called, we found out our charter was cancelled. Afterwards, we ride to Bobs and received the worst customer service we have seen in the many years we have been here. The manager said “sorry I was asleep”. We were also told “that isn't our boat”. $700 went to Bobs but “that isnt our boat”. This is no way to run a successful business and my family and I are shocked. Hopefully Mr. Bob studies up on customer service and how to treat people when your business completely fails and drops the ball. We will gladly take our money elsewhere.
