Good ale, friendly staff and lovely meals (next door)
The Three Tuns Brewery (NOT PUB)的点评
点评：We visited Bishops Castle 5 times during our week's stay nearby. With a previous brewery background, I was keen to see the workings of the Three Tuns Brewery but alas was declined a viewing due to concerns over health & safety! That aside, we had a nice chat with one of the brewers and got the chance to sample the excellent XXX beer at both the local Castle and Three Tuns Inn. We ate at the latter on our last night enjoying a 3 course meal that was of excellent quality, served by very friendly staff.
Being a beer enthusiast, I just had to pick up a couple of bottles of XXX to be enjoyed at home. Well done lads for maintaining one our heritage breweries (i.e. a proper tower, gravity fed brewery) and producing good quality, traditional ale.
