点评:Before booking this course, I had done a bit of online research and read a number of reviews and they were all so positive and fabulous, that I knew I was making the right choice...and I absolutely nailed it :)
Staying in Thailand for two months and I'd promised myself I'd learn the wonders of Thai cooking (I've got the eating part down pat). I ended up being the only booking (early morning, off peak season) so I received total 1:1 tutoring and had an absolute ball.
I'm not that confident in the kitchen but the lovely staff (with great English) were patient and kind, making sure I knew what I was doing as they explained how to make a curry paste from scratch. When I got to sit down and eat what we'd made, I was blown away at how delicious it all was (I chose shrimp green curry, chicken Pad Thai, papaya salad, and the sticky rice with mango was the dessert option). Oh my gawd, everything was incrediby tasty and you get to take home what you can't eat to enjoy later.
I've been back another time and will go another two times before I leave as I'm determined to learn how to cook each of the four base curries - paneang, massaman, red/green/yellow.
Can highly recommend, regardless of your skill level. It's a great way to spend a few hours and you walk away with a full tummy and new skills to share with family and friends when you get back home.
