The company is owned by Stephanie and Brian Stevens under the legal name of Jet SKIs of Key West LLC. Stephanie has a long history of not refunding customer’s money. Feel free to read some of the reviews here on Google or contact her previous business partner at Legendary Jet Skis in Marathon if you don’t believe me.
In April 2023, we booked a half day excursion and ended up having to cancel 4 days prior. I reached out to Stephanie, and she assured me that we would receive a refund in 1-2 weeks. As of December 2023, I am still waiting on my refund. I have reached out to her for months and never got anywhere until I called the local police department. They were finally able to get her to contact me and she claimed she refunded me the money but failed to provide the proper documentation. I offered to show her my credit card statement, but soon after she stopped responding to my calls and emails.
I will remove this review when and if I ever receive my refund, but in the meantime, I caution anyone to use their services.
