Jungle Buddies Tours的点评
点评：As a foreigner with only a few days to explore the Mumbai area's natural offerings, and with only a little time to arrange for it, Jungle Buddies perfectly executed a multi-day guided tour with a driver included.
I inquired and quickly heard back from Pratham on my interests and the trip parameters. I had broad interests though Jungle Buddies were more than willing and capable to accommodate for specific guided experiences. Pratham suggested a 3-day tour following my locale suggestions, plus a very reasonable cost estimate, and I was game!
Everything went smooth, I corresponded with Pratham and my tour guides (Amol and Rajesh) to ensure transport and the experience was smooth. We also made lunch, water, and rest stops to refuel along the way. All of the best birding hotspots were covered for forest species, waders and wetland birds, plus habitat key to the once though extinct forest owlet. Overall we accomplished 150+ species, all lifers for me!!
In addition to the skill showcased by my Jungle Buddies guides, I was very grateful to casually discuss with each of them their interests in nature and birds. All were very easygoing and enjoyable to spend the day with.
I would 10/10 recommend Jungle Buddies for any local or foreign ecotourism to the Mumbai area, whether for educational, photography, or any related reason. They were simply the best!
