Tulip Experience Amsterdam的点评
点评：We travelled to Lisse from The Hague to see tulip fields and we were not disappointed here. Though we arrived on the last weekend there were still a good amount of tulips in bloom, providing a real spectacle as we'd never seen fields of tulips before. There is an interesting museum indoors, and the opportunity to walk through the tulip fields and take photos outside. You can even take home 5 tulips as you leave which is a nice and unique touch.
Our advice to those wishing to take photos with tulips is to come here instead of Keukenhof, which is around two miles away. We found the tulip experience to be less busy, and more 'instagrammable'.
Our experience was tainted though as at the end of our visit we asked whether we could purchase some water. We left around 15-20 minutes before closing time, on a hot day when the train line from The Hague to Leiden was halted for maintenance, so we really needed some water for our long, hot journey home. The cafe staff were very rude in telling us that they were closed, which is so disappointing as our main takeaway from our whole holiday in the Netherlands was just how nice all of the people were. It was a real shame to have ended on a sour note, but we did enjoy the experience and have a good time.
