点评：From the initial contact to the final surrender of the vehicle, this agency proved to be the best of the best. Throughout the process I had contact with Hannah, Kerri-Ann, Graham, Nigel, and Alison. While we have had the opportunity to travel extensively throughout Europe, Russia, and the UK utilizing other sources of assistance we have never experienced the professional guidance and planning provided by Celtic Routes.
With discernment and thoughtful consideration, the routes, and subsequent hotels and restaurants were chosen based on individual choices but based extensively on research to avoid client dissatisfaction. Prior to departure we made a request to depart from one restaurant, and though they agreed to do so, they also have previous client experiences and provided encouragement to retain the reservation. Alison’s guidance proved to be a phenomenal recommendation, and without question one of the best in the trip.
The vehicle delivery was excellent with Nigel proving to be extremely engaging and thorough. The Land Rover was clean and just what we needed for the NC 500. At times the tablet and automobile didn’t quite sync well, or the verbal directions ceased but not to the extent that problems occurred, and it was likely areas with both weak cell and WiFi.
If what you are looking for is a budget trip, if suggest Gate 1. However if you want a top quality trip with accomplished professionals intent on providing you with a trip of a lifetime Celtic Routes is truly the place to connect with first.
