点评：Quartz Cuisine at Cofield Wines is an excellent restaurant.
We enjoyed a long lunch for my special Birthday celebrations and Front of House Manager, Karine was so professional and welcoming, the service was impeccable, not intrusive, just perfect!
The meals were stunning, Chef Philippe happily cooked my partners steak well done and contrary to what some people would say about well done steak, it was juicy and tasty, cooked in the most decadent sauce, and presented beautifully.
I ordered a dish called Chicken Basquaise which was delicious without being too heavy, cooked to perfection and served with kipfler potatoes.
The desserts of Dark Chocolate Mousse and Citrus Panna Cotta were served upon request so that we had plenty of time to digest our main courses, how wonderful to be able to slow dine instead of being rushed to finish and go.
Of course, the wine we had with the meal was delicious, especially the Topaque that we had with dessert.
We could not recommend Quartz Cuisine highly enough.
