Unfair time penalty

点评：This was a birthday present to me, so I will say at the outset that it may not have been an activity I would otherwise have thought to do. My teenage daughter loved the idea, so I took her and some of her friends. The hosts were lovely, welcoming and knowledgeable. I deliberately did not choose the experience that includes spinning, as none if us have any interest in that, but thought the walk sounded lovely from other reviews.
Unfortunately for us, other people booked in for the same time were 10 minutes late (despite the warning not to be late as you'd miss your slot), so there was some needless time-filling telling us the name of every alpaca in the barn. This meant that the walk was only about 30 mins; just down the road and a short way into the grounds of Cowley Manor. We then returned and were shown spinning, at which we could have a go, (didn't choose that) and then we could hang around in the barn with the alpacas for 10 minutes. In all, I did not feel that we had the experience we expected for £120. Not entirely the fault of the organisers but they could have adhered to their stated "leaving on time" policy. We were penalised for the tardiness of the other people.
