点评:Monday afternoon 9th September and we took a stroll along Axmouth Harbour down to this Beach.
We have been here before but on this occasion the tide was at the lowest we have ever seen. It was so low we could see rocks along the shoreline that we have never seen before.
Also the recent stormy weather and rough seas caused a vast shift in the pepples along the beach.
From the water's edge, which was some distance out there were amazing views along the entire Seaton Beach over to Beer Head. In the other direction we could look down the beach towards Lyme Regis. This view was enhanced by Haven Cliffs at the back of the beach and their vibrant colours. It was all crowned by clear blue skies, could be forgiven for thinking that it was a summer's day.
There were a couple of other walkers about, however the place was practically deserted which made it even better.
