点评:Our travel agent scheduled this cooking class for us but there were very few reviews for us to read about the classes. We have to say that it could not have been a more delightful morning! Fiona took us on a tour through her garden to gather herbs and flowers for our lunch and tea. We also got to meet the farm animals and learn about her fruit trees and local plants. Fiona and Rebecca coached us through making ricotta, salsa, crackers, roulade, and teaching us techniques along the way. We had a lovely lunch with wine and lamb rump in addition to the food we prepared. We had a wonderful morning.
I would recommend this for individuals or friends who like to cook, especially if you have or are creating a kitchen garden. It is also a great way to relax and spend time surrounded by beautiful scenery, warm hospitality and view the sweet cows out the kitchen window.
