Unreliable and late - unable to fly.

点评：In contrast to the other reviews we found Shine balloon safaris to be late and unreliable.
We got up for a sunrise safari at 4:15am, they were 50 minutes late for pick up so we arrived after the sun had risen. None of the contact numbers given on the tickets were answered. The explanation for the late pick up was 'a puncture', however all the tyres and the 2 spares were fully inflated, I checked.
When we arrived we were told the walkie-talkie to communicate with the nearby aeroplane air strip and other balloon pilots was not charged. The pilot correctly said it would therefore not be safe to fly. The pilot stated this had been an issue which he had been raising for the last three months. So a wasted nearly 4 hour round trip.
Initially we were offered compensation and a flight the next day, the offer of compensation was subsequently rescinded. As there was no guarantee the walkie-talkie would be working the next day we booked with another company.
While the staff were friendly and polite, the service overall was very poor.
