DO NOT BOOK! CON ARTISTS! All Paid. Pilot didn't show up. Ignoring us still for a refund!

点评：Absolutely horrendous service. We showed up on time along with other travellers. They told us after an hour of arriving that the pilot is sick and we cannot do the balloon ride.
They said they would refund us the amount of $550 per person x3. We paid by credit card. The lady who booked us, took all of our details for the refund and has our contact details. But has not bothered to make any contact whatsoever. It's disgusting the way they have continually ignored emails, phone calls, messages. They even put the phone down on us. We have contacted the Tourism Police and will be publicly shaming them online on all platforms. They will do this to other travellers and we want to prevent them from operating.
The individual Ketta, based in Arusha has continually ignored us and we have had absolutely no response from anyone in the Team. It's absolutely disgusting. I would recommend to not take any risk and book with them. We are from the UK.
