点评：I visited Puri in February with my friends, mainly for Jagannath Temple darshan—but one of the best parts of our trip turned out to be our time at Golden Beach.
After the temple visit, we headed to the beach in the evening, and honestly, it was a perfect decision. The weather in February was very pleasant—not too hot, with a cool sea breeze that made the experience even better.
What really impressed me was how clean and well-maintained Golden Beach is. It’s a Blue Flag certified beach, so you can clearly see the difference compared to other crowded beach areas in Puri. The surroundings felt safe, organized, and peaceful.
We spent time just sitting, talking, and enjoying the sound of the waves. The sunset view was beautiful, and the golden sand looked even more stunning during that time. It’s a perfect place if you want to relax away from heavy crowds like Swargadwar.
There are also basic facilities available like seating areas, clean pathways, and security presence, which makes it suitable for families, couples, and even solo travelers.

Visit during early morning or sunset for the best experience
