点评：I recently spent two weeks at a field school, and the experience was nothing short of wonderful. Each morning began with a modest breakfast, but what truly made it special was Wendy, who greeted us with a warm smile and was always ready to prepare coffee or tea. Her kindness set a positive tone for the day.
The culinary highlight, however, was Chef Gary's incredible work. Lunches and dinners were consistently delicious, generous, and satisfying. Sunday nights stood out in particular — the meals were especially plentiful and felt like a celebration of the week’s efforts.
The combination of friendly service, thoughtful hospitality, and consistently great food made the field school not just educational, but genuinely enjoyable. I’m grateful for the care and warmth shown by the all of the staff, at any hour of the day, and I’ll carry these memories with me for a long time.
