点评：Getting to and from any airport by public transport can be a fraught and tiring process at the best of times and so we decided to push the boat out and get a car door-to-door for our journey to and from Heathrow. A52 is not a firm I knew about or would have thought of using had it not been for a referral from a contact, so jolly pleased we asked around!
The admin from start to finish whether by email or message service was faultless and very personable, in that prices are crystal clear and inclusive of any parking charges; drivers' names and vehicle details are confirmed in advance; and updates given on arrival times etc.
Cars and drivers are smartly presented and both of our chauffeurs were very professional in their manner, driving safely and only speaking when spoken to (which some might see as an old-fashioned concept but we thought very respectful).
