Crystal Springs Golf Club的点评
点评：I reserved this weekend to attend the Yacht Rock event, which turned out to be fantastic and fulfilled all our expectations. However, our experience at the Friday night gathering, dubbed "the meet and greet," was disappointing. The performance by the hula dancers was overshadowed by the chaos created by numerous children running around, screaming, and splashing water. We decided to leave shortly after arriving.
Once back in our room, the noise continued, with kids running up and down the halls and jumping around in the room above us. Having spent over $2000 for the weekend, I felt as if I were at The Great Wolf Lodge rather than an upscale spa resort. When I contacted the front desk to ask about quiet hours, I was informed that they start at 11 PM. Might I suggest considering a division between family-oriented areas and adult-only spaces, such as making Minerals kid-friendly and Cascades exclusive for adults? We discussed our concerns with other guests we encountered, and they echoed our sentiments regarding the unruly behavior of the children. It appeared there was a Sweet 16 celebration happening, as a group of tweens was roaming around, and I even witnessed one of them throw up outside the men’s restroom near the Emerald Ballroom.
I attended this event to evaluate the venue for my daughter's upcoming wedding next year, and I regret to say that, based on our experience, it is no longer an option. The prices you set do not align with the value you receive. DO BETTER
