点评：Visited on monday morning. Booked a special rasul mud experience. On arrival greeted by collette. She was pleasant and explained how everything was going to go. She took us to the treatment area, then onto the changing rooms.
These changing rooms were clean and tidy. Plenty of lockers. Clean and plentiful showers.
We went to see the lady on reception. Didnt notice her name but had blonde hair. She explained how our experience was to go. Even asking stupid questions didnt knock her. She was very kind .The mud chamber was clean and tidy, maybe described as well used. We got a small and large towel, mitten, paper pants, shower cap.shower gel for afterwards. We could use or not use whatever we wished.
The mud experience was great fun. Yes you do need to know the person you are sharing it with well. Takes about 45 mins.
Afterwards we used the steam room, sauna, swim pool, caldarium . jacuzzi, cold bucket and the outside ice baths.
We didn't visit the cafe as we were time constrained, but the whole time we were there it looked busy with a social atmosphere.
Overall I would return again as I have nothing negative to say.
