点评：I have been a regular customer to this company for a few years now and had organised months in advance for this company to pick up my family to take us to Gatwick for our family holiday.
After being told they would arrive at 5am, they did not show up to collect us from my home. I called the office to which the man said ‘I will call my driver and get back to you’. I did not receive a follow up call. 15mins had gone and I called back the company to ask what was going on… they tried to organise another taxi and said he would be 2mins. Unfortunately, when I called the new driver picking us up, he hadn’t even left his home and was going to be 10-15mins…. just LIES! In addition, we was suppose to have a 6 seater when the second driver luckily informed it was only a small car.
Sadly, we ended up having to drive to Gatwick ourselves in dangerous conditions and nearly missed our flight… On top of all of this, I then get an email from the company saying we need to pay them £75 as “apparently” the driver turned up at 1am when our collection time was arranged for 5am?? So my advice to you all is avoid this company if you can as I will never be using this company again.
