Very sadly, something has gone very amiss with this company. I tried to make payment for a trip, payment was declined. I tried again with a different card and the same happened. I never made the booking as a result and the staff showed me "payment declined" but never got any receipt, and she had to rush off to take a tour. I trusted this and went to call banks who assured me money would not be taken. However, I got back to the UK, never having booked the trip, and yet both amounts of money taken. I can only assume their wifi dropped at the time. What is so disappointing is that I have reached out over and over and they have assured me that they would resolve but this has not happened. I hate to write a bad review but I am left £260 out of pocket. Should you have your payments declined, do NOT leave their office without a receipt to show this.
