Rocky Mountain National Park的点评
点评：What a superb national park. We drove and stayed at Estes Park. Visited prior to 19th October so had booked a timed entry into the bear lake corridor. Our time was 8.00 am entry. When we reached, no one was checking due to disbanding of federal government. We reached the bear lake parking lot before 8.00 and there was ample parking available. We decided to hike to emerald lake first, while stopping at Nymph lake and Emerald lake first. All three were just superb. Total hiking time at a leisurely pace was 3.5 hours return. We came down and also hiked to Alberta falls. This was a Mile or so trip. Again a lovely hike. Lastly we went to Bear lake as that was near the parking lot and easiest. That was lovely. The water, the sunshine, the vegetation, the paths, the views, all were spectacular. This was a very nice national park I must say. Then we drove down to Sprague lake and walked the easy loop. Also visited Moraine Park on way back to Estes and caught a lot of Elk views and fall colours. Definitely a trip worth remembering.
