点评：If you're seeing this review and thinking, "Should we visit?" the Answer is unequivocally: "YES!!"
My wife and I have lived in Italy for 9 out of the last 15 years. We have visited our share of wineries and this is our favorite! The owner, vintner and host was Corrado, who took time out of his Sunday to spend two hours with us to taste his wine and hear his-story. It was truly the story of his family, his wine and his life, poured out as effortlessly as his delicious wines, in both english and italian.
We had one of his wines at a restaurant in Polignano a'mare and loved it. That was the San Valentino, which we purchased, of course. But we were also able to try almost everything else he produces... and bought several of those as well. His prices were very reasonable. They even provided some light snacks while we tasted.
Of special note is his DOCG Mosato di Trani - if you like sweet wines, like my wife does, you will LOVE this! I'm partial to the drier wines and found the Moscato secco really interesting and not available elsewhere.
I can't say enough great things - VISIT!!
Finally, as we were leaving (+2 hours later) I asked if I could see his almonds, having never seen them growing on a tree before... he took us for a 30 minute drive throughout his orchards and vineyard while he continued to share his-story and love for the land he tends the wine he shares with the world!
Almost forgot - his olive oil was also outstanding!
