Outstanding wine/olive oil tasting tour

点评：Our host Nicola was extremely knowledgeable, really friendly and engaging. From arriving at the vineyard we received a warm welcome and taking into the lovely tasting room, greeted with water and our introductory wine. We then took this with us for the walk out to the vineyard seeing the vines and olive trees with Nicola explaining the differing varieties grown.
We then were shown around the cellars while discussing the fermentation process and then back to the tasting room. We were then taken through tasting of a wide variety of wines which were of great quality and enthusiastically explained. We had also ordered the premium food platter which was a mix of lovely cheese and meats with focaccia and other snacks, well worth the extra few euros.
All in all, a lovely experience and a great way to spend a few hours. Would thoroughly recommend.
