Great trip, fantastic staff - wheelchair users will be limited in viewing two of the falls.

点评：Entire staff was professional and friendly. Directions were clear and all our questions were answered fully.
Tyler, our guide, was exemplary- knowledge of the history, geography and geology of the area was superb.
One of our party was confined to a wheel chair and Tyler was stellar in how he handled the added time and work required to accommodate this. The hyldrolic lift mechanism on the van failed halfway through the tour - Tyler had to use the manual override pump to get the wheelchair into the bus - he took this in stride and did not let it fluster him.
Two notes for those confined to wheelchairs:
1. Bridal Veil Falls was impossible for the all terrain power wheelchair - we had to put it in manual mode and carefully push it. The falls can only be viewed IF you are able to climb a series of irregular and steep steps at the end of the path. If you are wheelchair bound, consider skipping this stop.
2. Latourell Falls - the path to the top is composed of stairs and not accessible. The path to a good view of the bottom of the falls is accessible with one caveat. The beginning of the path is very steep and may present more of a challenge or hazard than you are comfortable with.
Everyone had fun on the trip and we would do it again given what we know
