Great trip to Bwindi and Lake Mutanda with Cream Tours!

点评：My mom and I recently took a trip-of-a-lifetime with Cream Tours to go gorilla trekking in Bwindi (Rushaga), followed by a few relaxing days at Lake Mutanda, and I can’t recommend the experience, or this company, enough!!
From start to finish, the service was exceptional. What really stood out was how well taken care of we felt, both by the company overall and especially by our amazing guide and driver, Innocent. I’ve traveled quite a bit, and I can honestly say I’ve never felt as safe and relaxed on the road in Uganda as I did with him behind the wheel (if you've driven through Uganda, you know what I'm talking about). He was calm, careful, and incredibly professional, not to mention kind, friendly, and full of great local knowledge. Innocent really made the trip feel special and stress-free for us (and especially my mom).
The booking process was also seamless. I had reached out to several tour companies and I was really impressed by these guys. Their team was fast, responsive, and answered all of our questions to help us plan the best trip. We ended up booking fairly last-minute and were worried about availability for the gorilla permits, but the owner of the company went above and beyond to secure our permits the same day. That kind of service really meant a lot.
Price-wise, Cream Tours was very fair and actually more affordable than some of the other companies I spoke with, but what really impressed me was how personal the service felt. They didn’t try to sell us a cookie-cutter tour, but instead they made sure the trip was tailored to us.
This was an unforgettable experience that exceeded our expectations in every way. If you’re thinking about gorilla trekking or exploring southwestern Uganda, I wholeheartedly recommend going with Cream Tours. I would absolutely book with them again and have already been telling friends and family that this was one of the best trips we’ve ever taken. We will be back!
