Groups have no etiquette
Jack O'Lantern Resort Golf Course的点评
点评：This course did receive a lot of damage from bad floods I think two years ago and you can tell the new owners are working very hard on bringing it back. Compared to when we played there last year you could see a big difference. The rating I give is mostly for the staff. They are excellent and friendly. The reason I don’t rank higher is because of the large groups that have golf trips there. I understand it’s probably their bread and butter but these groups act like they own the course with no regard for other people just trying to play a round. Played there last Friday and some in the group must have finished early and decided to follow the group in front of us in. So you had twelve people with six carts just hanging out in the fairways with no regard for the people behind them. When they got to eighteen they decide to do some sort of twelve person put off also with no regard for us just waiting in the fairway. I understand these groups are very profitable but it ruins play for everyone else if they don’t reel this behavior in. Also when did it become a thing to have Bluetooth speakers on every cart blaring their music that others may not care to hear. They should be banned. Now we do a small eight person trip every year and don’t stay at the Jack but we do play at least one round there. We may have to reconsider that next year.
