点评：Allow me to join the 670 other people here giving this company a shining review. Justine took care of every detail of our 8 night safari including first class transfers from and to our hotels before and after as well as private planes to and from the resorts. Every aspect of the trip went exactly as planned.
I began working with Rhino and 2 other companies to plan the October safari for my wife, my 2 children and their partners and me in December 2024. After chatting at length with all 3, I settled on a few different resort options on a Friday afternoon. The 2 other agents told me that, due to the weekend, they couldn't provide any further information until Tuesday. Justine must have had home phone numbers for all of the managers of the different resorts. She got all the answers to all my questions and by Monday, we had settled on Tswalu and Londolozzi and I had settled on Rhino tours. When I left home for this trip, I traveled with confidence that Justine would be available to resolve any issue that might arise and none did.
There may be other highly talented brokers in this field, but with Rhino there's no doubt you are in the top tier.
