Village was amazing- Cafe awful!

点评：The village itself was amazing and I thoroughly enjoyed, bits throughout for all ages and genuinely really good in my opinion. My (massive) issue lies with the cafe. Went in and waited at the counter for ages, staff came behind the counter to put a mug down or simply look around, and didn’t bother to serve us. Could see from the shop them stood around and laughing in the kitchen. When eventually served, the attitude from the lady serving us was shocking. No name tag, but short with blonde hair, new balance trainers and (to my disgust from a food hygiene point of view) long nails! Order took ages to arrive and was wrong, when it was taken back by a member of staff, myself and those with me heard staff in the kitchen laughing at us. Ordered milk shake among other things, which was all air and was particularly poor value for money, and had to ask for a lid for the cup, even though I asked for it to take away. First lid i recieved was dirty and used, as i’ve shown, and from a food hygiene point of view i am utterly appalled! staff wearing dirty croc shoes, no hair nets or beard nets, long nails and a messy coffee machine area too. borderline disturbed by this, and reported to trading standards. do not come here!!
翻译：村庄本身很棒，我非常喜欢，各个年龄段的人都可以在这里找到自己喜欢的景点，而且在我看来真的非常棒。我最大的问题是咖啡馆。进去后在柜台等了很久，工作人员走到柜台后面放杯子或者只是四处看看，并没有为我们服务。从商店可以看到他们在厨房里站着大笑。当我们终于得到服务时，为我们服务的那位女士的态度令人震惊。她没有名牌，但是身材矮小，金发碧眼，穿着新百伦运动鞋，还有（从食品卫生角度来看令我厌恶的）长指甲！订单花了很长时间才送来，而且是错的，当一名工作人员把订单拿回去时，我和与我在一起的人听到厨房里的工作人员在嘲笑我们。我们点了奶昔等东西，但里面全是空气，而且特别不划算，我不得不要求给杯子加个盖子，尽管我要求带走。我收到的第一个盖子很脏，而且是用过的，就像我展示的那样，从食品卫生的角度来看，我非常震惊！工作人员穿着脏兮兮的鳄鱼鞋，没有发网或胡须网，指甲很长，咖啡机区域也很乱。我对此感到不安，已经向贸易标准局报告了。千万别来这里！！
