Car broke down, no compensation

点评：We rented a car for two days, but already an hour of driving the red battery light came on. After going to the beach we had to drive back towards the office, and the car broke down completely in the middle of a road. We were stuck there for almost two hours waiting for help.
On top of that, they refused to compensate or refund us in any way, even though we couldn’t use the car for a large part of our first day. We understand that anything can happen, but a company should be aware that their renting car works, and if they where to break down within such short notice affecting ones traveling, there should be some type of refund. And because it wasn’t our own misstake, we would have been happy with just a small percentage refund. Unfortunately a disappointing experience.
