点评：Absolutely perfect for what I needed, room was spotless and even the TV had streaming channels! Breakfast was superb, they only gave a cooked option, not normally my thing, but guests preorder meal and time on check in and a table was set and ready for you in the morning.
I arrived as planned just before Englands first game of Euro2024 and as a solo female was a little wary of what the venue would be like, but I’ve never felt more welcome! The bar staff made sure I was comfortable throughout and the Landlady made a point of coming over to see if I needed anything….i felt safe throughout my entire visit, after all, I was there for 3 nights not knowing a single soul!
Only one negative, and they managed to turn it into a positive! The staircase to the rooms is VERY narrow and steep. On my final night I just wanted to pop out for some air and grab som food, unfortunately I missed the uneven final step and took a bit of a tumble…they saw it happen and came out to me. I didn’t want to wait for an ambulance and the owner even offered an Uber at her own expense, but then a very friendly Couple offered to drive me there. The landlady also gave my door a know to check I how I was the following morning which I thought was a really nice touch..
I am forever grateful and could not thank them enough! If I’m ever in the area again I will most certainly return!
