The website fails to specify operating hours for food stands or other attractions, leaving customers to make assumptions rather than informed decisions. In our case, the stand located near the market appeared to be available until 9 p.m., yet we arrived to find it closed well before that time. This is not a minor inconvenience—it reflects poor managerial oversight and a disregard for customers’ time and planning needs.
My partner follows a carefully managed eating schedule due to personal health factors. Accurate information is essential, not optional, for us and for many others who may rely on structured schedules. The absence of clear communication on the company’s part demonstrated a lack of customer-centered values and gave the impression that convenience for management outweighed respect for the patrons they serve.
If a company intends to promote food, events, or any attraction, the expectation is that hours of operation are readily available and accurate. Until this company invests in a functional, reliable website and demonstrates accountability in how it manages its operations, it will continue to deliver subpar experiences that fall well short of reasonable expectations.
