点评:The rooms (luxury suites) were superb, although one of our rooms did not have bottled water on the first day. Another had a complimentary bottle of wine while the others didn't. Not sure how that works. The breakfasts and the meals we had at La Cantina and Monet were delicious. We initially couldn't get a dinner booking for La Cantina but Zumeka (?) came through for us. The service at the Club lounge was a bit on the slow side.
Due to a personal emergency we had to cancel one of our rooms, and while Fancourt was fully within their rights to charge a 90% cancellation fee, we received a full credit for the room for future use.
All the staff are courteous and friendly. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel welcome . A big 'Thank you' to Thandi, Shiona, Vertozille and Jamie who assisted with our hotel, golf and spa bookings.
Three days was not enough to make use of all the facilities. The golf courses are in excellent condition and a pleasure to play. The staff there are on the ball.
We were here 10 years ago, and the high standards then are just as good now. We will definitely return.
