What a Great day.
Wickers World Balloon Flights的点评
点评：We had been given a Wickers World Balloon Flights by our son as a Christmas present, we chose to use their base in Derbyshire, our nearest location. It was extremely easy to book our required date, but due to English weather it was cancelled four times. We were obviously disappointed, but could book for dates within the next couple of weeks and were even notified of any cancellations should we be available, so Great communication between us. The date arrived and we met up at Tissington Hall, a lovely location.
At the launch field Andy (our pilot) organised the 15 passengers to help "stretch" out the balloon, it's massive 😳you just don't realise the size when flat. Then came inflating, this added to the whole experience. Once inflated we boarded as instructed by Andy and were given a run through the Safety briefing we had done earlier before the balloon was inflated.
You don't realise how slowly you become airborne, and the next minute you're two hundred feet high. The views are Fantastic, with Andy pointing out places of interest and naming the villages we past over. Andy was in constant contact with the ground crew (Joe and Kitt) and another Pilot in a balloon from another experience company, we were told that companies often pair up to share Wind speed and direction for safety. Our landing was very very good, then came the Fun of packing the Balloon away and returning to Tissington Hall where our cars were. The whole experience lasted 3 to 4 hours.
All in all we really enjoyed our time with Andy and hope you do to, should you book with Wickers World.
