Margaret River Chocolate Company - Swan Valley的点评

Our guests from interstate wanted to visit the MRC Co in Swan Valley today 20/05/25. As locals we have been a few times over the years with visitors and found the chocolate over rated and over priced. Today was no different. Having experienced other niche chocolatiers the MRC Co chocolate is good, but not that good. I would go so far to say to that selected commercial brands of chocolate available at supermarkets or independent retailers fair the same if not better in chocolate quality (mouth feel) and most certainly in price. Value for money - the Margaret River Chocolate Co is not. The individual chocolates we tasted were overly sweet which dominated the 'flavour' represented. Mouth feel of the chocolate average.
As a premier place to visit, the bathrooms in the Swan Valley were poorly maintained, buttons missing from cisterns, toilet roll holder loose, dirty stained silicone and sink, the tiles on the walls, floors and around the sink, dirty. The doors to the bathrooms also marked. Cleaning the 'toilets' isn't just about the bowl, it is the whole of room cleanliness from the doors to the walls, floors and fixtures.
The outside eatery could also have done with a thorough clean, the tables were tacky and in need of repair and the chairs needed a thorough clean, not just the seat. The wait staff rushed when putting our drinks and meals on the table, not because they were busy, as it wasn't, rather it would seem they had better things to do than engage with customers.
Disappointing, and certainly wouldn't recommend.

外面的餐厅也需要彻底清洁，桌子很脏，需要修理，椅子也需要彻底清洁，而不仅仅是座位。服务员把我们的饮料和食物上桌时很匆忙，不是因为他们很忙，实际上他们并不忙，而是因为他们似乎有比接待顾客更重要的事情要做。
令人失望，绝对不会推荐。
