All 3 pineapples I ordered were damaged. I emailed multiple times about my order being delayed without a response. When my order finally arrived two weeks later (there was no option for different shipping preferences or I’d have picked 3 day… it’s what we’ve had with every other vendor we’ve placed orders with). I emailed again notifying that my pineapples were damaged. They said they would refund my money but a week later still no response. It took threatening a chargeback to get a refund but then only refunded the charge for 1 pineapple. My advice would be to only use this vendor for 3 day shipping if offered and be persistent if you have problems. I’m out $80 and still don’t have pineapples for my husbands birthday 🤷🏼♀️
