点评：Incredible experience! We're a family of three and went on the Penzance to Lands End trip. From the start Daisy was amazing - friendly, welcoming and professional. She sorted us out with waterproofs and a life jacket whilst we waited for the rest of the group to arrive. It does state very clearly in the confirmation email that you're expected to arrive by 9.30am ready for a 10am departure so plan for this - the instructions in the email and Google map link to the pier were excellent. Personally I think if you dont arrive by 9.30am you should have the last choice in terms of where you're sat on the boat, excluding reasons of safety obviously such as small children. I appreciate that this might be tricky to manage and ultimately I still had a fantastic time. Daisy's knowledge of the wildlife and Cornish coastline along with its history was second-to-none and she was easy to listen to and engaging whilst explaining things at various stops. We saw all kinds of birds including gannets and a kestrel with a fish in its mouth - apparently they dont catch and eat fish but we all saw it. We also saw two sunfish which was amazing and some seals basking on some rocks. Jack was our captain and skipper and was also amazing! He wanted everyone to have an amazing time and took care to position people in the most suitable part of the boat. Jack stopped when necessary to talk us through what to expect at different points such as when we rounded the headland and out of the shelter of the coastline as we arrived at Lands End where it would be a bit more choppy. We never felt unsafe at any point and yet we certainly felt like we had an experience that was worth every penny! I also loved the journey back after all the sightseeing where we just cruised at quite a decent speed back to Penzance. In my head I was a gorgeous Bond Girl on a speedboat rather than a middle-aged woman in waterproofs 😆
We all thoroughly enjoyed this and wouldn't hesitate to use this company again. Daisy and Jack were incredible. Thank you.
