点评：This was a great find, took my friend here for a birthday treat. The views are stunning, the staff are friendly and welcoming and there is plenty of parking.
Becky was our host for wine tasting, she made it interesting and was enthusiastic and knowledgeable and answered all our questions too. We were shown how to "taste" the wine and there was a nice selection of wine to taste made with various grapes, all of them very crisp and clean and the sample given each time was more than enough for a tasting. Was nice to sit in a room full of horse racing trophies and memorabilia looking over the downs.
After our tasting around 45/50 mins later we went for lunch outside to further enjoy the views. We had a cheese and charcuterie board with a glass of sparkling wine, all of which was very nice. Unfortunately it was windy so my friend lost half her glass of wine so maybe the stubby wine glasses would have been a better idea on that occasion. Highly recommended as the views here are something other wineries dont have so found it very relaxing so will definitely visit again.
