We had the most incredible experience at JF Polo yesterday. I brought a small group of teenagers for a birthday treat, and from start to finish, it was absolutely flawless.
The standard of everything was superb, from the beautiful, well-cared-for horses to the immaculate facilities and warm welcome. James was phenomenal with the teens: clear, encouraging, and incredibly knowledgeable. He taught them the fundamentals with such ease and calm confidence, and the fact they were able to finish with a small, exciting game left them buzzing!
Claire was amazing throughout the booking process; helpful, efficient, and so lovely to deal with. Her communication made everything effortless, and you can feel how much heart they put into every detail.
The teens haven’t stopped talking about it and are already begging to return for the kids’ sessions during the holidays. A truly unique and unforgettable experience — thank you for making it so special! Abi 🙏🏽💜
