Ocean Park Aquarium的点评
点评：We (2 adults, a 9 year old and a 7 year old) went on the Whale Watching tour. Boarding at 1.30 from Denham, we were given a very warm welcome from Capt Russell and Crew Jenna and Sage.
The boat was well equipped with ample seating, multiple viewing points, complimentary softdrink, fresh water, 2 clean toilets, a coffee machine and a sheltered area.
After a hilarious safety and navigation briefing from Jenna, we were off and not long into the trip we saw A LOT of whales. The crew always ensured we knew where to look and taught us a tonne of facts. After not long, we also saw dolphins and turtles as well.
We were treated to beautiful afternoon teas (yes, there were 2!!) Of fruit, antipasto, sausage rolls and sweet treats before heading back to shore. It was a bit rough on the way back but Jenna and Sage took such wonderful care of those feeling poorly.
Because of the incredible service we received, we used the 10% off voucher given to us at the conclusion of the tour, to go to the Aquarium the next day. About 10 mins out of Denham, there was plenty of parking (even for those towing caravans). Sage gave us a beautiful warm welcome and we had a delicious lunch meal that was reasonably priced and prepared quickly.
We were so lucky to have Sage as our tour guide as she was so knowledgeable and answered all the questions so well. She has a real knack of explaining things so kids and adults understand it and made it funny and engaging so no one lost interest. She's such an asset to Ocean Park.
We stayed nearly 2 hours and our only regret was that we didn't grab some treats from the pastry cabinet. Thanks Sage, you're an absolute gem.
