Mainly positive but some room for improvement

点评：Glad we had the opportunity to experience the sky lagoon. Many positives but a few negatives hence 4 stars instead of 5. The first real positive was how they handled our flight cancellation. They rebooked us with no issues and contacted the transfer company to ensure we had travel. The lagoon was just as I hoped. That first step out into the warm water with steam gently rising was just magical. It was busy but still plenty of space to find a peaceful and calm space. The view to the sea was calming and mesmerising and we enjoyed the 7 step ritual with the exception of the cold plunge! We are admittedly wimps but it didn’t dampen the overall experience. The cold mist was amazing after the sauna. The downsides… as glasses wearers the ritual was challenging. In the dim light we couldn’t read the signs, find doors…not a huge issue but disorientating. The transfer was slightly chaotic so just a small tip for those requesting hotel pick up. You get taken to the main bus stop and then head through it to the back where buses are waiting with destination signs in the window. My biggest disappointment was the lack of warmth from the majority of staff we encountered. From reception desk to bar to checking out, we struggled to raise a smile or feel welcomed which didn’t feel like a premium experience. Not everyone was that way, but the majority. We were there for the waters and that was a joy but maybe some room to improve the overall visitor experience.
翻译：很高兴有机会体验天空泻湖。优点很多，但也有些不足，所以给了四星而不是五星。首先，他们处理我们航班取消的方式非常出色。他们顺利地帮我们重新预订了机票，并联系了接送公司确保我们能够顺利出行。泻湖正如我所期待的那样。踏入温暖的水中，看着蒸汽缓缓升腾，那种感觉简直太奇妙了。虽然人很多，但仍然有很多地方可以找到一片宁静的角落。海景令人心旷神怡，美不胜收。我们很享受七步仪式，除了冷水浸泡！我们承认自己比较胆小，但这并没有影响整体体验。桑拿之后，冷雾浴的感觉真是太棒了。不足之处在于……我们戴眼镜，所以仪式进行起来有点困难。在昏暗的灯光下，我们看不清指示牌，也找不到门……虽然不是什么大问题，但确实有点迷路。接送服务有点混乱，所以给预订酒店接送的客人提个醒。你会先被带到主巴士站，然后穿过巴士站走到后面，那里停着许多巴士，车窗上贴着目的地指示牌。最让我失望的是，我们遇到的绝大多数工作人员都缺乏热情。从接待处到酒吧再到退房，我们很难看到他们露出笑容，也感受不到任何欢迎，这完全没有体现出高端体验应有的水准。当然，并非所有人都如此，但大多数人都是如此。我们来这里是为了体验水上项目，而水上项目本身的确令人愉悦，但或许整体游客体验还有提升空间。
