点评：I wanted to let you know of an issue that greatly upset me and my children. On Sunday 6th September I came to Headcorn aerodrome to see the planes and museum. I got to the event and was asked to park in a large car park due to an event being held. I then went up to the lady at the gate who was wearing all black. I explained that I just wanted to show my children the planes as I used to do this when I was growing up. She let me through the gate and said it was fine. After watching the planes for 15 minutes a member of security approached me and said I had no wristband. He escorted me to the exit while I explained what had been said. However back at the entrance I was met with hostility and was told that no staff member told me to come through and see the planes. My children didn't understand what had happened and I felt like a criminal. I then left the entrance area and went in the direction of the museum. The security guard then shouted "not that way, out". This was not the welcome I expected from Headcorn aerodrome. If I wanted to get in the event free I would have said I just lost my wristband. However I explained to the lady at the gate what I was doing and to the security and was met with both hostility and denial. I intend to take this further especially due to the upset it caused my children.
