点评：I found VeniceShuttle on TripAdvisor when searching for transportation from Venice to the Ravenna cruise port. I needed to arrange transportation for six of us. This was a multi-generational trip with ages ranging from 23 to 84 - taking the train just wasn't an option but I still needed to be sensitive to everyone's budget.
I contacted VeniceShuttle, Paolo laid everything out for me. He confirmed the vehicle type would be large enough to comfortably accommodate all of us plus A LOT of luggage as well. The price was excellent, so I booked and did so far in advance.
As we got closer to our trip I needed to arrange airport transfers for arrivals into VCE on two different days. Again, Paolo came through for me with excellent rates.
SO NOW ... the moment of truth .... first arrival my dad and his friend - VeniceShuttle was awaiting their arrival, escorted them to their car and delivered them as scheduled. They reported their driver was very professional and kind and they enjoyed their experience. Next day - my son and his girlfriend. Their experience was the same. My son truly enjoyed visiting with his driver as well. After a couple of days in Venice it was time to depart to Ravenna. Our driver arrived early and was a proven master in packing that van. Again he was very professional and helpful.
We had such a great experience with VeniceShuttle. I was a bit concerned initially because there weren't a lot of reviews on TripAdvisor and not many which were recent. It was for this exact reason I wanted to jump on and share our experience. I would HIGHLY recommend this company. I also greatly appreciate all Paolo did over the many months of my planning. His communication was excellent and I greatly appreciated his patiently answering the many questions I had along the way.
