点评：Our visit to the Majolica Museum was one of the high point of a 17 day trip to Sicily. We were only in Palermo for a few days, but a friend had told us about the museum and we were fortunate to include it early in our itinerary.
For anyone interested in design and the decorative arts, this is a DO NOT MISS opportunity.
We have enjoyed Majolica for years without knowing much about it.
The tour of the apartment that houses the collection was fabulous. Claudio, who single handed was managing the ticket office and the tour was THE BEST… highly personable, enthusiastic, and informed, he gave us a crash course in the history of Majolica from Sicily and Naples.
We could have spent all day there and were clearly welcome to linger as long as we liked. Can’t wait to return! 5 stars and many thanks to Claudio
