Awful service! Wait times too long! Great fish and chips!

点评：We went to eat here before attending a show and we were shocked with how it was run…… the queue to order was half way down the restaurant with only one person
Taking orders and one person making coffees and half a person taking food out! By the time we got to the till we were told just for a coffee it would be 20-30
Min wait, which is unbelievable! We had no time to go elsewhere so we ordered the food even after queuing for half a hr to order. We waiter 25 mins for our food and After seeing our food sat under the hot light for a while i had to go and get a member or staff and ask her to bring it to the table. We had 2 half jackets kids meals they were cold, and 2 fish and chips the fish and chips was actually really good! But the all round experience wasnt good at all. I think you need to implement a better way to run the place or put more staff on to cope with the amount of people you have coming in. Due to all of the waiting around we ended up missing half of the show i was meant to go to! MERRY CHRISTMAS!
