Very disappointing customer service
Topsail Surf & Cycle的点评
点评：I rented 2 kayaks for the week. I requested an early return, which was promptly approved. That notification was 22 hours before the last day. When I followed up with an email to get them out of the driveway, David Beckinsale responded rudely with the following childish comment : “Yes, John you are on our schedule along with hundreds of other reservations this week.
Thanks for letting us know you are finished with the kayaks early and we may be able to pick those up tonight or in the morning but that does not change your reservation as changes or cancellations within 24hrs are not allowed or refundable. I am sure there is enough room off to the side to place the kayaks. We will get them tonight or tomorrow.”
This was our second (and last) year of renting. Apparently Surf and Cycle doesn’t appreciate recurring business.
