点评:I have now taken several classes with Chef Valerie this year, and I am always combing the site for my next class. The classes are kept small to enable Chef to individualise the experience, and she remains contactable (and encourages questions) after the class. I still bombard her with questions - sometimes weeks after the class, and she responds quickly with the answer and encouragement.
I have taken classes both with friends and also on my own. You are never 'on your own' for very long because you tend to quickly bond with your fellow classmates. The classes are very informal, but professional, and the atmosphere induces camaraderie with the your other classmates.
There is always an opportunity to take your efforts home, if you haven't eaten everything in the class. Leaning from experience, I now put my take-home package in the back seat to stop me from finishing it off before reaching home!
Chef Valerie, and her sous-chef John, are both warm and welcoming. If you are in the area, even just visiting on vacation, I encourage you to find a class to take here. It is several hours of fun in a very laid-back surrounding.
